Nokia and Morocco signed a strategic MoU at GITEX AFRICA 2025 to support Digital Plan 2030 through training and connectivity.

Nokia has entered into a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform of the Kingdom of Morocco, marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during GITEX AFRICA 2025. The collaboration is aimed at advancing Morocco’s Digital Plan 2030 through a shared commitment to knowledge transfer, training, and enhanced connectivity.

Her Excellency Mrs. Amal EL FALLAH – SEGHROUCHNI, Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform of the Kingdom of Morocco, and Pierre Chaume, Vice President North, West & Central Africa, Nokia Network Infrastructure formalized a strategic Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry and Nokia.

Under the agreement, Nokia will support Morocco’s national digital transformation agenda by delivering advanced training programs and contributing to the development of a highly skilled local workforce. The partnership can foster innovation and ensure the deployment of robust, future-ready digital infrastructure that aligns with the country’s sustainability goals.

This MoU signals a major step forward in Morocco’s drive to strengthen its position as a regional leader in digital innovation, leveraging global expertise to accelerate inclusive and sustainable progress.
