MTN Nigeria appoints Egerton Idehen as Chief Broadband Officer, bringing over 15 years of telecom experience to the leadership team.
MTN Nigeria has announced the appointment of Egerton Idehen as Chief Broadband Officer (CBBO), effective April 2025.
Egerton Idehen brings over 15 years of post-graduate experience in the telecommunications sector, including 10 years in management roles. Prior to his new position, he served as Senior Manager, Billing and Customer Care Support at MTN Nigeria.
During his tenure, Idehen played a key role in developing and implementing customer care strategies for MTN’s base of approximately 60 million customers.
