NCC and Industry Leaders Discuss Future of Telecom Regulation

The House Committee on Communications has convened a Colloquium on the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) 2003, bringing together key players in the telecommunications sector. The event includes members of the Committee, management of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), industry stakeholders, and telecom operators.
Discussions during the session focused on reviewing the impact of the Act since its enactment and exploring strategies to safeguard telecommunications infrastructure across the country.
The Colloquium continues today with scheduled presentations on global regulatory best practices and the influence of emerging technologies on Nigeria’s telecom regulatory framework.
