Airtel Money Uganda has reported robust financial results, highlighting strong growth across all key performance indicators for the year. The fintech arm of Airtel Uganda posted a total revenue of UGX 892 billion, marking a 21.2% increase, reflecting rising customer adoption and an expanding digital payments ecosystem.
Profit after tax stood at UGX 311 billion, up by an impressive 24.4%, signaling improved operational efficiencies and a sustained demand for mobile financial services in the country. Total assets also grew significantly, reaching UGX 1 trillion, a rise of 18.2%, underscoring the platform’s financial strength and continued investment in innovation and infrastructure.
