Airtel Africa partners with SpaceX to deliver high-speed satellite connectivity across Africa, targeting businesses and underserved communities in remote regions.

Airtel Africa  has announced thw partnership with SpaceX  to support the advancement of next-generation satellite connectivity across Africa. This collaboration is designed to augment high-speed connectivity for enterprises, businesses, and underserved socio-economic communities.

Currently, Space X has acquired requisite licenses in Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Malawi, Rwanda, Niger, Madagascar, DRC and Chad, with licensing processes underway in five additional countries within our footprint.

We remain deeply committed to our vision to enrich the lives of people of Africa. Next-generation satellite connectivity will ensure that every individual, business, and community have reliable and affordable voice and data connectivity even in the most remote and currently under-served parts of Africa.
