Kenya High Court Orders Worldcoin to Delete Biometric Data

Tthe Kenya High Court has ruled that Worldcoin, the digital identity and cryptocurrency platform, violated the country’s privacy laws by using crypto payments to obtain biometric data from citizens, Binance has reported.
The report stated that the court has mandated that all collected biometric data be deleted within seven days, with the process supervised by the Kenyan government.
