Qatar Airways to Introduce Starlink Wi-Fi Across Its Fleet by June 2025

Qatar Airways  has announced that it will become the first airline in the Middle East and the largest globally to introduce Starlink, SpaceX’s high-speed satellite internet service, on board its flights. The airline plans to offer complimentary, ultra-fast internet connectivity to passengers on select routes, marking a new era of in-flight connectivity for its global network.

From June 2025, Qatar Airways passengers flying to and from over 32 destinations, including Seychelles and Nairobi, will benefit from Starlink’s high-speed internet, which promises speeds of up to 500 megabits per second. The service will be available from gate to gate, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted online experience throughout the journey.
