Schneider Electric appoints Canninah Dladla as the first female Cluster President for English-speaking Africa, enhancing leadership in sustainable energy solutions.

Schneider Electric has announced the appointment of Canninah Dladla as the new Cluster President for English-speaking Africa, effective 1 June 2025.

Dladla’s appointment marks a historic milestone as she becomes the company’s first female leader for this region.

She succeeds Devan Pillay, who has led the cluster with a focus on sustainable energy solutions and digital transformation.

Her leadership can potentially strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering sustainable energy solutions and supporting the region’s energy transition.
