Vodacom Business launches SME Managed Services in KZN with Huawei, offering cloud-powered solutions to accelerate digital transformation for SMEs.

Vodacom Business  has launched its Vodacom SME Managed Services proposition in the KZN region — a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating digital transformation for small and medium enterprises, in partnership with Huawei.
As part of this exciting launch, Vodacom focused on services that highlighted the importance of various cloud computing models that offer different levels of IT infrastructure and software as a service, including IAAS, NAAS, SAAS and SecAAS.

The three-day event brought together our internal teams, business partners, and SME customers to align, collaborate, and innovate. Here is a recap of what we got up to.

  • Day 1: Internal Enablement: The strategy was communicated to the team, received with enthusiasm, and is now set for smooth implementation through co-creation with partners and customers.
  • Day 2: Partner Engagement: We collaborated with key partners, including Huawei, to explore market opportunities and co-create solutions tailored for SME growth.
  • Day 3: Customer Immersion: SMEs experienced our solutions firsthand through demos and deep dives — with positive feedback on the relevance and accessibility of our offering.

This launch has laid a strong foundation for growth in the region. We’ve aligned our teams, strengthened our partner ecosystem, and sparked genuine excitement among SMEs. The journey has just begun — and we’re ready to walk it together.
