South Africa could offer a regulatory workaround to Elon Musk’s Starlink, aiming to resolve ownership law issues and enable service rollout.

South Africa’s government is preparing to offer a regulatory workaround to Elon Musk for Starlink  to operate in the country without full compliance with local Black-ownership laws, Bloomberg  has reported.
