Airtel Tanzania opens four new service shops in Dar es Salaam to enhance access, boost efficiency, and deliver tech-enabled convenience.

Airtel Tanzania  has launched four new retail shops in Dar es Salaam to enhance service accessibility and efficiency. The outlets, located in Sinza, Mikocheni, Mwananyamala, and Kawe, aim to reduce customers’ travel time while offering a wide range of tech-enabled services.

Each shop provides essential support, including SIM registration and swap, Airtel Money services for customers and agents, Home Broadband (HBB) device sales — including 5G routers and MiFi — as well as PIN resets, account recovery, and smartphone sales.
