Airtel Uganda declares UGX 74 billion interim dividend, payable by July 3, rewarding shareholders UGX 1.85 per share.

Airtel Uganda has announced the declaration of an interim dividend of UGX 74 billion, or UGX 1.85 per share, for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on May 22, 2025.

Shareholders registered by the close of business on June 12, 2025, will be eligible to receive the dividend, which will be paid by or before July 3, 2025, net of withholding tax.

The company has urged shareholders to update their payment details and contact information to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of dividends.
