Airtel Uganda’s #CrystalClearAndFaster tour brings high-speed internet and improved call quality to Kyenjojo District, empowering rural digital access.

Airtel Uganda ’s CrystalClearAndFaster Nationwide Tour continued on its second day in Kyenjojo District, with celebrations held in Kyamutuzi Town Council, Kihani Village. The campaign aims to enhance network coverage, improve call quality, and boost internet speeds for communities across Uganda.

Leading the day’s activities was Mathias Busuulwa, Airtel’s Regional Business Manager, who engaged with the residents alongside Mustafah Maliro, the LC3 Chairperson of Kihani Village. Together, they presided over a community dialogue focused on the benefits of stronger digital connectivity.

Speaking to attendees, Busuulwa reaffirmed Airtel’s commitment to expanding its network in the region.

Improved connectivity will accelerate digital and financial inclusion. As the people of Kyenjojo, you can use the internet to trade, find markets for your produce, and even support tourism. Visitors here will enjoy the same internet quality they experience in their home countries.

– Mathias Busuulwa, Regional Business Manager, Airtel

LC3 Chairperson Mustafah Maliro encouraged residents to maintain a good relationship with Airtel, noting the positive impact of the upgraded network.

Our network is excellent. We can easily teleconference with our legislators in Kampala without any issues.

– Mustafah Maliro, Chairperson, LC3

The KyenjojoTakeOver is part of Airtel’s larger push to bring reliable, high-speed communication to every corner of Uganda. Residents of Kihani Village now join the growing list of communities empowered through better connectivity.
