MTN South Africa  has announced the appointment of Olumuyiwa Ladipo as its new Chief Consumer Officer for Prepaid, effective 15 September 2025.

Ladipo joins MTN from EE Mobile UK , where he held several senior leadership roles and earned a reputation for delivering impactful commercial strategies and consumer-focused innovations. With over 20 years of experience in the global telecommunications sector, he brings a wealth of expertise in driving customer growth and operational excellence.

In his new role, Ladipo will be responsible for shaping and executing MTN South Africa’s prepaid strategy, a crucial segment of the company’s consumer business. His appointment reflects MTN’s commitment to enhancing value for its prepaid customers and accelerating growth through innovation and market responsiveness.
