Telecom Namibia Confirms Full Restoration of Network Services

Telecom Namibia stated that its Network Operations Centre (NOC) continues to closely monitor the system to ensure network stability and peak performance.

Telecom Namibia  has announced the successful restoration of all services across its fixed and TN Mobile networks following recent service disruptions.

In a public update released today, the company confirmed that the network instability reported on June 27 has been fully resolved. The restoration brings relief to customers who experienced service interruptions over the past week.

Telecom Namibia stated that its Network Operations Centre (NOC) continues to closely monitor the system to ensure network stability and peak performance.

Customers who are still experiencing issues with service quality are encouraged to contact the Customer Contact Centre at 11000 or reach out via WhatsApp at 0852111111 for immediate assistance.

Telecom Namibia expressed its sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disruption caused, reaffirming its commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality telecommunications services across the country.
