These actions reportedly involve attempts to bypass the portal’s automated word and phrase selection features during the registration process.

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)  has raised concerns over deliberate efforts by some individuals to discredit its newly introduced Intelligent Company Registration Portal (ICRP). These actions reportedly involve attempts to bypass the portal’s automated word and phrase selection features during the registration process.

The ICRP, developed as an AI-powered platform, is designed to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in company registration. As an evolving system, it learns from user interactions and continues to improve its performance over time.

The Commission affirmed its commitment to refining the platform through genuine user feedback, which remains central to optimizing the system for wider public benefit. It also cautioned the public against being influenced by individuals seeking to manipulate or undermine the registration process.

The CAC reiterated its goal of building a smart, user-friendly registration system that supports transparency and drives progress in Nigeria’s corporate governance environment.
