Pan African Towers Appoints Oladipo Badru as Executive Director
This appointment reflects the Board's confidence in Oladipo Badru's capabilities and his proven track record in steering the company through a period of substantial positive change.
Pan African Towers has announced the appointment of Oladipo Badru to its Board of Directors as an Executive Director, effective July 1st, 2025. This new role is in addition to his current position as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Oladipo Badru has been serving as the Acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2024. During his leadership in this transition period, the company experienced significant improvements across various key areas, including operations, financial management, capital allocation, organizational morale, customer perception, and overall stakeholder management.
In a statement signed by the Board Chairman, Adefolarin Ogunsanya, the Board expressed its appreciation for Oladipo’s leadership during a critical period for the Company. The statement read:
