RITA Africa (Rise In Tech Africa) and OmniContact International BPO Services, a prominent subsidiary of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, have announced a transformative strategic partnership aimed at significantly boosting Africa’s tech talent pool. This collaboration unites two forward-thinking organizations with the shared objective of providing world-class, industry-relevant training and global certification pathways to the next generation of African tech professionals.
Under this strategic alliance, RITA Africa will serve as the official tech training partner, delivering cutting-edge, practical programs across a diverse portfolio of high-demand tech fields. These include Data Analytics, Data Science & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Software Engineering, and Fullstack Web Development. Each program is meticulously designed to meet global industry standards, ensuring learners acquire job-ready skills and the competitive mindset required to lead in the global tech economy.
OmniContact BPO Services will act as the outreach and distribution partner, leveraging its extensive network within Econet Wireless, its staff, and its broad customer base across Zimbabwe and other regions to broaden access to these premium training opportunities. This joint effort is set to reach over 6,000 members of the dynamic OmniContact workforce, more than 15,000 staff across the wider Econet Wireless Group, and thousands of aspiring tech talents throughout Zimbabwe and beyond.
