MTN Group has announced the appointment of Xolisa Vapi as Executive: MTN Group and MTN South Africa External Communications, effective 1 August 2025.
In this dual-capacity role, Vapi will oversee external communications for both MTN Group and MTN South Africa, with a mandate to enhance the company’s reputation and strengthen stakeholder engagement across its markets.
Vapi brings more than 25 years of experience in media, communications, and stakeholder management. His deep industry expertise and familiarity with MTN’s operations are expected to further support the Group’s strategic messaging and brand visibility efforts.
