The program is designed to support startups by providing capital, mentorship, and business development training to Namibians between the ages of 18 and 35.

Five young Namibian entrepreneurs have been awarded N$50,000 each in seed funding as part of the 2025 SanlamAllianz Bridge Programme. This initiative, now in its third year, is a collaboration between SanlamAllianz Namibia  and the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) . The program is designed to support startups by providing capital, mentorship, and business development training to Namibians between the ages of 18 and 35.

This year, 15 finalists from various sectors, including manufacturing, services, agriculture, and technology, pitched their business ideas to a panel of five judges after weeks of specialized training. The funding is intended to help the winners scale their businesses and contribute to the country’s economic development.
