MTN Uganda  has emerged as one of the standout winners at the Brand Africa 100 Uganda Awards, taking home multiple accolades, including the prestigious Grand Prix Award.

The telecommunications leader was recognised across several categories, cementing its reputation as both a market leader and a socially responsible brand. Among the awards received were Most Admired Telecommunications Brand, Most Admired African Brand (Aided and Spontaneous Recall), and Most Admired Brand BRICS+. MTN Uganda was also honoured as the Most Admired Brand Contributing to a Better Africa, alongside the coveted recognition for Most Admired Brand Doing Good for Society and Environment.

The latter award was received by Bryan Mbasa, Senior Manager at MTN Foundation Uganda, together with his team, and presented by Hon. Kabbyanga Godfrey Baluku, State Minister, Ministry of ICT and National Guidance.

With these wins, MTN Uganda not only reinforced its dominance in the telecommunications sector but also highlighted its broader role in driving social impact, environmental sustainability, and Africa’s digital progress.
