SMART Zambia Collaborates with Axis Solutions and ManageEngine on Digital Services

On August 19, 2025, the e-Government Division (SMART Zambia Institute) and Axis Solutions held a workshop in Lusaka focused on improving digital public service delivery. The event was a collaboration with ManageEngine (India) , a company that provides enterprise IT management solutions.
Representatives from SMART Zambia, including Director of Digital Government Services Mr. Mulomba Hameja and Director of Planning and Research Mr. Munukayumbwa Lubasi, were in attendance. The workshop aimed to explore new digital service management tools that could shape the future of public services in Zambia.
During the session, Mr. Jothi Murugan from ManageEngine demonstrated how Zambia can use AI-backed Full Stack Observability (FSO). This technology provides a comprehensive view of a network, from the back-end infrastructure to user-facing services, which would help create a more seamless digital experience for citizens and government officials alike.
