The projects include an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will integrate finance, human resources, logistics and customer relationship management to enhance transparency, compliance and operational efficiency.

Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry,  in partnership with Cybastion , has initiated two major digital transformation projects designed to modernize regulatory services and improve public administration.

The projects include an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will integrate finance, human resources, logistics and customer relationship management to enhance transparency, compliance and operational efficiency.

The second initiative, the Unified Management System for Industrial and Commercial Information (GUCII), is aimed at simplifying business processes by enabling online registration and certifications, digital inspections and access to real-time analytics.

Workshops to prepare for the implementation began on August 18 and will continue through mid-September. The government expects these initiatives to strengthen e-government services, foster transparency and make it easier to do business in Côte d’Ivoire.
