Both executives will join Vodafone Egypt’s Executive Committee and report directly to CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Abdallah, who also serves as Regional CEO for International Markets at Vodacom Group.

Vodafone Egypt  has announced two senior leadership appointments to strengthen its executive team and support the company’s ongoing strategic transformation. Effective 1 October 2025, Ayman El-Saadany will take on the role of External Affairs Director, reporting directly to Mohamed Abdallah, CEO of Vodafone Egypt and Vodacom International Markets. Rasha Mahmoud has been appointed Legal & Compliance Director, also reporting to Mohamed Abdallah.

El-Saadany, previously leading Government Relations and Public Policy, will now oversee regulatory affairs, public policy, external communications, sustainability, corporate security, and the Vodafone Egypt Foundation. His expanded portfolio aims to reinforce Vodafone Egypt’s engagement strategy and contribute to Egypt’s digital transformation agenda.

Mahmoud, formerly Head of Legal Affairs, will direct legal operations covering contracts, compliance, governance, risk management, data privacy, and dispute resolution. Her appointment is expected to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with global corporate standards.

“These appointments reflect Vodafone Egypt’s commitment to leadership continuity, institutional development, and advancing our long-term vision of driving digital growth and delivering a better future for all,” the company said in a statement.
