South African Revenue Service (SARS) Commissioner Edward Kieswetter has received the Government Technology Leader Award at the GovTech2025 Conference in Durban.
The award recognizes Kieswetter’s leadership in driving innovation, digital transformation, and service excellence within the tax authority. SARS noted that the achievement reflects not only the Commissioner’s stewardship but also the collective effort of its workforce of over 14,000 employees.
