PEMANDU Associates  has announced a strategic partnership with Visa  Government Solutions – CEMEA to accelerate government digitisation and improve citizen services. The partnership brings together Visa’s expertise in secure, inclusive digital payments and PEMANDU’s Big Fast Results (BFR) methodology, which has been used to drive reforms in over 30 countries, including 14 across Africa. By combining these strengths, the initiative will help governments digitise at scale, streamline processes, strengthen revenue collection, and deliver faster, more transparent public services.

“This one-of-a-kind partnership brings together Visa’s technology and PEMANDU’s proven advisory capabilities to accelerate financial inclusion, improve efficiency, and achieve better outcomes for citizens.”

Svyatoslav Senyuta, Vice President, Head of Visa Government Solutions – CEMEA

PEMANDU Associates noted that the partnership opens a “corridor of opportunity” for governments worldwide to leverage digital technologies in service delivery. The organisation expressed excitement at working with Visa to advance governments’ digitisation priorities and support the transition to more citizen-centered governance.
