Airtel Africa Detects Over 205 Million Spam Messages with AI-Powered Spam Alert Service
The Spam Alert service, available to all Airtel subscribers at no cost, identifies and prefixes messages with “SPAM Alert” and provides real-time updates.
Airtel Africa announced that its AI-powered Spam detection service, Spam Alert, has detected more than 205 million spam SMS messages across 13 markets in the past six months.
The Spam Alert service, available to all Airtel subscribers at no cost, identifies and prefixes messages with “SPAM Alert” and provides real-time updates. The initiative eliminates the need for customers to download additional applications to manage spam.
