Established by the Smart Africa Secretariat, ANCA serves as a continental platform for strengthening cooperation, sharing expertise, and amplifying Africa’s voice in global cybersecurity engagements. Since assuming the inaugural chairmanship in 2023, Ghana has overseen significant milestones, including the adoption of a five-year strategy and the drafting of a constitution to guide the network’s collective action.
