September 26, 2025

Under the new arrangement, citizens will no longer need to travel long distances to make payments for government services, as these will now be available across 35 post offices nationwide.

The Ministry of ICT in Eswatini , through the Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) , has announced a strategic partnership with the Eswatini Revenue Service to expand access to government services.

Under the new arrangement, citizens will no longer need to travel long distances to make payments for government services, as these will now be available across 35 post offices nationwide.

Speaking on behalf of the ICT Minister, Hon. Savannah Maziya, the Principal Secretary, Prince Mshishimba Dlamini, described the initiative as a bold step in improving the delivery of public services to emaSwati. He noted that EPTC has continued to adapt despite a global decline in traditional mail, leveraging its nationwide network and trusted brand to introduce innovative, value-driven services that meet the needs of both citizens and government.

The partnership is seen as part of Eswatini’s broader push to modernize service delivery and ensure more convenient access for its people.
