INP-HB and Stellenium Corporation Sign Partnership for Technological Innovation
This partnership forms part of the Silicon Valley Côte d’Ivoire Task Force, an initiative launched by the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council (CESEC) to accelerate the country’s digital transformation.

The Institut National Polytechnique Félix Houphouët-Boigny (INP-HB) and Stellenium Corporation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen technological innovation and foster research and development in Côte d’Ivoire. The agreement was formalized on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, marking an important milestone in cooperation between the academic and private sectors.
This partnership forms part of the Silicon Valley Côte d’Ivoire Task Force, an initiative launched by the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council (CESEC) to accelerate the country’s digital transformation. The initiative seeks to strengthen national innovation ecosystems through strategic alliances between public, private, and academic institutions, positioning Côte d’Ivoire as a leading hub for digital and technological excellence in West Africa.
Under the terms of the MoU, a Joint Steering Committee will be established to guide and monitor the implementation of collaborative projects between INP-HB and Stellenium Corporation. The partnership will focus on co-developing innovative solutions, conducting applied research, and designing technology-driven programs that align with Côte d’Ivoire’s digital economy priorities.
The agreement also includes the creation of continuous training programs and knowledge transfer frameworks to build national capacities in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced digital systems. These initiatives aim to enhance technical expertise, promote youth employability, and support the development of a skilled workforce equipped for the future of work.
Through this collaboration, INP-HB and Stellenium Corporation reaffirm their shared commitment to advancing innovation, education, and sustainable digital development in Côte d’Ivoire, contributing to the realization of the country’s vision for a resilient, knowledge-based economy.
