NETIS Group Appoints Alykhan Kassam as New Chief Executive Officer

NETIS Group , a leading pan-African provider of telecom and energy infrastructure solutions, today announced a major milestone in its leadership journey. Effective October 1st, 2025, Mr. Alykhan KASSAM has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group. This appointment follows a carefully planned succession process initiated by the co-founders, Mr. Jean FARHAT and Mr. Jean-Claude FIGALI, who, after more than 15 years of visionary leadership, are stepping down from their executive roles.
Both will remain actively engaged as members of the Board of Directors, ensuring strategic continuity and safeguarding the founding values of NETIS. With this transition, NETIS is entering a new chapter characterized by strengthened governance, enhanced ambition, and a sharper focus on its dual expertise in telecommunications and energy solutions across Africa.

Mr. KASSAM, a trained engineer with more than 20 years of experience in Africa’s energy and infrastructure sectors, has held senior leadership positions in international groups such as John Cockerill and Siemens. His deep knowledge of the African market and proven expertise in strategic development will be key to accelerating NETIS’s growth and diversification.
