Gozem Launches Mobile Money Platform to Deepen Financial Inclusion in Togo
The platform aims to make digital financial services more accessible to millions of Togolese, particularly those underserved by traditional banks.
Gozem, the Francophone Africa-focused “super app” known for its transport and e-commerce services, has launched Gozem Money, a new mobile money platform developed in partnership with NSIA Banque Togo, a subsidiary of NSIA Group — one of West Africa’s leading financial institutions.
The platform aims to make digital financial services more accessible to millions of Togolese, particularly those underserved by traditional banks. By integrating financial technology into its existing ecosystem, Gozem is expanding beyond mobility and delivery services to become a comprehensive digital platform for payments, savings, and financial empowerment.
Gozem Money allows users to send and receive money, pay bills, and conduct secure transactions directly through the Gozem app. The initiative also supports the broader goal of financial inclusion in Francophone Africa, fostering greater participation in the digital economy.
Through this partnership, Gozem and NSIA Banque Togo are combining technological innovation with banking expertise to address financial access gaps and strengthen the country’s digital payments infrastructure. The launch of Gozem Money positions Gozem as a key enabler of inclusive finance and fintech innovation across the West African region.
