Benin Accelerates Digital Transformation with New OIF “D-CLIC” Training Program
The initiative is part of the “D-CLIC, Train Yourself in Digital Skills with the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF)” project, which aims to strengthen the digital capacities of francophone youth.
The Government of Benin, through the School of Digital Professions (École des Métiers du Numérique – EMN), has announced the launch of a national call for applications for young people seeking to build careers in the digital sector. The initiative is part of the “D-CLIC, Train Yourself in Digital Skills with the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF)” project, which aims to strengthen the digital capacities of francophone youth.
The program seeks to equip participants with technical and professional competencies in key digital fields, enabling them to enhance their employability, support local innovation, and achieve greater socio-economic independence. Training will be delivered by qualified instructors and will culminate in recognized professional certifications.
By offering high-quality, practical digital training, the initiative contributes to the OIF’s broader mission to promote digital inclusion, foster innovation within the francophone community, and prepare young people to participate fully in the global digital economy.
Applications are open to interested candidates until October 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM. This opportunity represents a major step in empowering Benin’s youth to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape and to play an active role in the country’s technological transformation.
