Egypt, represented by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA ), participated in GITEX Global 2025, held on October 13–17 in Dubai.
During the event, NTRA signed a framework agreement for cross-border cyber security cooperation with the UAE Cybersecurity Council (CSC ). This cooperation aligns with Egypt’s National Cybersecurity Strategy (2023–2027), which focuses on strengthening regional, Arab, and international partnerships to address evolving cyber threats. It also reflects the two sides’ commitment to advancing regional collaboration, enhancing digital resilience, exchanging expertise, and fostering a safe and sustainable cyberspace.
