Algérie Télécom Strengthens Collaboration Through Eight New Partnerships

Algérie Télécom is pursuing its strategy for developing young people’s skills and strengthening its commitment to innovation and engagement with its economic environment.
In this context, Algérie Télécom’s Skills Centre in Annaba has concluded eight partnership agreements with public, academic, economic, professional, and associative institutions.
The signing ceremony for these eight agreements took place on Wednesday 29 October 2025, at the Skills Centre of Algérie Télécom in Annaba, in the presence of representatives from the partner organisations and executives from Algérie Télécom. The agreements were signed with the following partners:
- The Higher School of Science and Techniques (ESST)
- The Seybouse Chambre of Commerce and Industry (CCI)
- The Directorate of Vocational Training and Education
- The Higher School of Management (ESG)
- The University of 8 May 1945, Guelma
- The Environmental Research Centre
- HEDJ Startup Accelerator
- JUNA Association
These agreements aim to strengthen synergies between the fields of education, research, and entrepreneurship, and the telecommunications sector, particularly in the eastern region of the country, through concrete actions in favour of young people, such as joint organisation of training sessions, workshops, and conferences, the mentoring of young talent, the development of research projects, the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the exchange of skills and expertise.
