JetBrains, the global creator of AI-enhanced software development tools used by millions of developers and leading enterprises worldwide, has entered into a strategic partnership with the DMCC AI Centre in Dubai. The collaboration aims to strengthen AI-driven innovation, entrepreneurship, and technical excellence across the UAE’s technology ecosystem.
The partnership marks a major milestone in JetBrains’ expansion across the Middle East and North Africa region, reflecting its commitment to supporting the region’s growing developer community. Together, JetBrains UAE and the DMCC AI Centre will work to empower startups, developers, and enterprises within the DMCC Free Zone and beyond, combining world-class software expertise with Dubai’s dynamic innovation ecosystem.
As part of the initiative, JetBrains will provide DMCC member companies with six months of complimentary access to a suite of development tools, including IDE, Team/Learning, and AI Assistant Pro subscriptions, followed by discounted access thereafter. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of responsible AI practices across industries and help organizations unlock new opportunities through intelligent technologies.
Beyond product access, the partnership will also focus on thought leadership and ecosystem development. JetBrains and DMCC plan to co-host AI challenges, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions that tackle real-world business and societal challenges. The two organizations will also explore opportunities to co-exhibit at major international technology events and develop training programs to enhance AI literacy and skills within the local developer community.
