Raya CX, a leading customer experience management company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) during the Global Outsourcing Summit 2025. The event, held under the auspices of Egypt’s Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Amr Talaat, marked a significant step in advancing Egypt’s position as a global leader in outsourcing and customer experience (CX) services.
Represented by CEO Alaa El Khishen, Raya CX reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Egypt’s digital economy and enhancing global competitiveness in the CX industry. The partnership aims to promote innovation, create employment, and expand Egypt’s footprint in international outsourcing markets.
The Global Outsourcing Summit 2025 witnessed the signing of 55 outsourcing agreements in total, expected to generate over 70,000 new job opportunities across Egypt’s ICT and business process outsourcing (BPO) sectors.
