Ethio Telecom and Adama City Partner to Digitize 48 Schools with New Education Management Solution
This collaboration marks a significant step in Ethio Telecom’s broader effort to support digital transformation within Ethiopia’s education sector, with plans to expand the EMS rollout to all schools in Adama City.
Ethio Telecom has announced that it is collaborating with the Adama City Education Bureau to introduce digital solutions across 48 government and private secondary schools in the city.
As part of the initiative, Ethio Telecom presented its Education Management Solution (EMS)—a comprehensive platform designed to streamline teaching, learning, and administrative tasks. The EMS enables teachers to easily record attendance and grades, allows students to access academic information, and helps parents stay informed about their children’s performance.
The platform also empowers the Adama City Education Office to modernize its administrative systems, improving efficiency and strengthening the monitoring of educational quality.
