MoMo from MTN has reaffirmed its commitment to building stronger and more adaptable operations across its fintech ecosystem through the successful observance of Business Continuity Awareness Week (BCAW). The initiative, led by the Group Fintech Business Continuity and Resilience Team, focused on strengthening preparedness across the organisation in an increasingly fast-evolving fintech landscape.
With the theme “Resilience starts with you,” this year’s BCAW underscored the crucial role every employee plays in ensuring operational continuity. MTN MoMo emphasised that resilience is no longer just a strategic target but a collective mindset essential for responding to disruption, safeguarding services, and enabling swift recovery.
Throughout the week, teams participated in a series of interactive sessions, leadership spotlights, and awareness-building activities. These engagements aimed to empower staff with the knowledge, tools, and confidence required to escalate issues quickly, collaborate across functions, and maintain stability during unexpected events.
