Through this new phase, Morocco continues to expand its efforts to build a robust digital talent pipeline and support the country’s broader economic and technological development.

Morocco has taken another step in strengthening its national digital transformation strategy with the launch of a new phase of the JobInTech program in Dakhla on November 15, 2025. The initiative was led by Amal El Falah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, as part of activities marking the 50th anniversary of the Green March.

The event took place at the Higher School of Technology in Dakhla (EST Dakhla), part of Ibn Zohr University. Senior officials attended, including the Director General of the CDG Group, the President of the Maroc Numeric Cluster, regional authorities, and academic leaders from the university and the regional investment center.

The Minister emphasized the program’s importance in reinforcing Morocco’s digital sovereignty and preparing a new generation of skilled professionals in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development, and data analysis. She highlighted that JobInTech is designed to equip young people across all regions—particularly the southern provinces—with future-ready skills and equal training opportunities.

A partnership agreement was signed between the Maroc Numeric Cluster Foundation and EST Dakhla to guide collaboration within JobInTech. The agreement aims to train more than 100 learners in digital skills aligned with the needs of businesses operating at both regional and national levels.

Through this new phase, Morocco continues to expand its efforts to build a robust digital talent pipeline and support the country’s broader economic and technological development.
