UM6P Ventures to Acquire 15% Stake in Moroccan Tech Firm Spotter SARL

The Competition Council of Morocco has received notification of a proposed economic concentration in which UM6P Ventures SA will acquire 15% of the share capital and associated voting rights of Spotter SARL, resulting in joint control of the company.
UM6P Ventures SA is a Moroccan joint-stock company with investments in agriculture, chemicals, green technologies, and health technologies. Spotter SARL, a Moroccan limited liability company based in Casablanca, specializes in technological services for verifying the solvency of payment methods.
The Competition Council has made a non-confidential summary of the transaction available to the public. Interested third parties are invited to submit observations within 10 days of the communiqué’s publication, until November 24, 2025.
