Egypt has rolled out specialized cybersecurity training programs in 14 governorates through its Digital Creativity Centers, known as “Creativa.” The initiative is part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s strategy to develop skilled national cadres capable of supporting secure digital transformation.
The training programs are delivered in collaboration with the National Institute of Communications, the National Center for Computer and Network Emergencies (EG-CERT), and in partnership with Middle East Information Technology Services (MCS) as well as leading cybersecurity companies including Google Cloud Security, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Trellix, and Career 180.
This year’s academy courses cover a variety of specialized tracks, including cybersecurity fundamentals, privacy protection, countering cyberattacks, preparation for international certifications recognized by global tech companies, and freelance skills. The programs aim to equip participants with the knowledge and practical expertise to compete in domestic, regional, and international markets.
