Morocco Accelerates Digital Transformation through International Investment Network

Morocco has taken a significant step to accelerate its digital transformation and enhance its entrepreneurial ecosystem through a strategic partnership with Keiretsu Forum Middle East and North Africa (MENA), a global network of private investors originating from Silicon Valley. The partnership agreement was signed on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, at the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform headquarters in Rabat.
The collaboration aligns with Morocco’s national objectives to position itself as a continental hub for investment, innovation, and digital entrepreneurship. Under the agreement, the Ministry and Keiretsu Forum MENA will jointly develop programs designed to stimulate innovation, attract investment, and enhance the competitiveness of Moroccan startups. The initiative seeks to create stronger connections between local startups and international investors, facilitating the integration of Moroccan entrepreneurs into global business networks.
The partnership also highlights the role of the Morocco and Africa branch of Keiretsu Forum, led by a young Moroccan entrepreneur who has gained international recognition for her contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship. The collaboration aims to support the growth of the national digital economy, encourage value creation, and promote sustainable and inclusive development in the Kingdom.
