Egypt’s Prime Minister paid a high-profile visit to Orange Egypt’s pavilion at Cairo ICT 2025, where the company unveiled an extensive suite of innovations spanning artificial intelligence, digital public services, and next-generation customer experiences.

Hesham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt,  led the tour and highlighted the company’s latest achievements in digital transformation. A major focus was Orange’s pioneering work with the Public Prosecution, which has now enabled citizens to access traffic, family, and criminal prosecution services directly through the My Orange application. The integrated platform allows users to submit requests, make payments, and track their transactions seamlessly—offering a faster, more accessible alternative to traditional service channels.

Mahran also showcased Ask Mariam, the first AI-powered virtual assistant deployed at Cairo International Airport. Designed to support travelers in multiple languages, the system provides real-time guidance and reliable information across airport operations. He further introduced Sara AI, Orange’s smart assistant designed specifically for the tourism sector, along with new smart-home innovations—underscoring the company’s strategy to apply artificial intelligence in practical, sustainable ways that deliver tangible societal and economic value.

The exhibition additionally featured Orange’s AI-enhanced smart education solutions, including interactive digital classrooms, as well as a 5G-enabled industrial assembly robot built to boost production precision and efficiency across manufacturing environments.

As the official sponsor of Cairo ICT 2025—held under the theme AI Everywhere—Orange Egypt reaffirmed its leadership role in accelerating the nation’s digital transformation and strengthening its position as a key partner in shaping Egypt’s technological future.
