CommScope Launches AI-Driven RUCKUS MDU Suite With Wi-Fi 7 Access Points

November 25, 2025
2 min read

The suite integrates the AI-driven RUCKUS One platform, the RUCKUS Digital System Engineer (DSE) assistant, and next-generation Wi-Fi 7 access points to provide intelligent network analytics, automation, and seamless connectivity.

CommScope,  a global leader in network connectivity, has announced its new RUCKUS® Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) suite, featuring advanced AI and Wi-Fi 7 technologies designed to optimize network management for residential and managed properties. The suite integrates the AI-driven RUCKUS One platform, the RUCKUS Digital System Engineer (DSE) assistant, and next-generation Wi-Fi 7 access points to provide intelligent network analytics, automation, and seamless connectivity.

The RUCKUS One® MDU 360 platform builds on the company’s AI-driven RUCKUS One technology and is tailored for property owners and managed service providers (MSPs). It delivers a unified view of network health, resident experience, and service-level performance across all properties, offering predictive insights and simplified, role-based access. This enables operators to identify trends, verify service quality, and make data-driven decisions that improve resident satisfaction and reduce operational costs.

The RUCKUS Digital System Engineer (DSE) is an AI-powered assistant embedded within the RUCKUS One platform. Using a conversational chat interface, DSE transforms complex network analytics into intuitive, natural-language insights, allowing property operators, MSPs, and IT teams to manage large residential portfolios without specialized expertise. The system auto-generates dashboards and provides actionable data in tables, charts, or widgets.

The suite also includes RUCKUS H670 and R575 Wi-Fi 7 tri-band wall- and ceiling-mounted access points. These deliver multi-gigabit performance and integrate Bluetooth® Low Energy and Zigbee® radios with Matter and Thread support, enabling advanced IoT services across modern MDUs. Backed by RUCKUS patented RF technologies and AI-driven optimization, the access points ensure strong signals, broad coverage, and consistent performance even in high-density residential environments.

The RUCKUS MDU suite integrates seamlessly with RUCKUS One, RUCKUS SmartZone™, and RUCKUS Unleashed™ solutions, providing AI-driven assurance and a smarter, faster, and more secure connected experience for every resident and device. The platform empowers property owners and MSPs to manage networks efficiently while enhancing the resident experience across multiple properties.
