PAPU Partners with eBoks to Boost Digital Postal Services Across Africa

The partnership is expected to drive digital postal innovation across Africa, reflecting PAPU’s commitment to modern, secure, and inclusive postal services.

The Pan African Postal Union (PAPU)  has taken a significant step toward enhancing digital postal services by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with eBoks,  a leading provider of secure digital communication and document management platforms. The agreement was formalized in a virtual ceremony, using e-signature solutions that demonstrate eBoks’ expertise in secure digital workflows.

Dr. Moyo, Secretary General of PAPU, signed the MoU on behalf of the union, while Ulrik Falkner Thagesen, Group CEO of eBoks, signed on behalf of the company. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Denmark, eBoks is renowned for its secure digital mailboxes and digital infrastructure solutions that enable organizations and individuals to communicate safely and efficiently.

The partnership is expected to drive digital postal innovation across Africa, reflecting PAPU’s commitment to modern, secure, and inclusive postal services. By leveraging eBoks’ technology, the union aims to strengthen digital service offerings and support the continent’s transition toward more integrated and technologically advanced postal systems.
