Rqeem and Torry Harris Launch AI-Powered Industrial Marketplace in Saudi Arabia
The initiative positions Rqeem as RCJY’s innovative IT enabler, creating a government-backed platform that connects SMEs, major industrial players, and global investors within a single digital ecosystem.
Rqeem for Smart Solutions, the digital arm of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Torry Harris Business Solutions to develop an AI-powered digital marketplace aimed at accelerating industrial transformation and attracting investment to the Kingdom. The announcement was made at the “Industrial Transformation of Saudi Arabia” event held in Riyadh on December 2, 2025.
The initiative positions Rqeem as RCJY’s innovative IT enabler, creating a government-backed platform that connects SMEs, major industrial players, and global investors within a single digital ecosystem. The platform is designed to provide real-time AI and API-driven integration, matching supply and demand across industrial sectors and democratizing access to advanced digital tools previously limited to large enterprises.
Through this partnership, Torry Harris will serve as Rqeem’s digital transformation partner, delivering a configurable, white-label marketplace. The platform enables SMEs to compete alongside larger enterprises by accessing AI-driven insights, seamless integration, and real-time intelligence, directly supporting the Ministry of Industry’s Vision 2030 objectives.
The marketplace is structured as a 24/7 global portal, allowing investors to search, filter, and be algorithmically matched with qualified Saudi partners for joint ventures, technology collaborations, or specialized industrial services. Local SMEs and industrial players can showcase their capabilities and connect with larger manufacturers, while network effects strengthen matchmaking quality and enhance competitiveness across Saudi industrial clusters.
Rqeem highlighted that the platform can be adapted across multiple sectors, including logistics, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, smart cities, and technology services, providing a single digital gateway for vetted SMEs and strengthening national competitiveness and entrepreneurial growth.
The partnership demonstrates how government-linked entities, working with specialist integrators like Torry Harris, can transform industrial ecosystems by combining global investment, local innovation, and industrial policy in a digital-first approach, creating operational platforms that benefit investors, SMEs, and the broader economy.
