Salesforce and AWS Launch Agentforce 360 to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption
This collaboration marks a significant step in helping enterprises across the Middle East and globally accelerate AI initiatives with trusted, scalable, and easy-to-deploy solutions.
Salesforce, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has launched Agentforce 360 for AWS, a new enterprise AI offering designed to run fully on AWS’s secure global infrastructure while providing access to proven foundation models via Amazon Bedrock. The solution addresses key challenges in enterprise AI adoption, including trust, governance, and time to value, offering enterprises a secure and compliant foundation to deploy AI agents at scale.
Scheduled for early 2026 in the AWS Marketplace, Agentforce 360 for AWS streamlines AI procurement and accelerates ROI by simplifying buying, billing, and aligning customer incentives. The launch comes at a pivotal time as AI adoption grows rapidly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, where AI is projected to contribute $96 billion and $135.2 billion respectively to their 2030 GDP, accounting for around 12–14% of national output.
The platform leverages Amazon Bedrock for Agentforce’s Atlas Reasoning Engine, which delivers transparency in how AI agents plan, reason, and act. This is particularly valuable for highly regulated industries, as the system generates immutable audit trails for every action. The Agentforce 360 Prompt Builder allows customers to generate accurate, relevant AI prompts using their own data and supports multiple foundation models, including Anthropic’s Claude models and Amazon’s Nova Lite and Nova Pro.
By integrating with AWS, customers benefit from consolidated AI spend, private pricing, and unified billing, enabling simplified procurement and pre-approved budget management. The collaboration also provides joint field incentives, targeted support, and a unified go-to-market approach to drive enterprise AI adoption efficiently.
Executives highlighted the platform’s impact: Brian Landsman of Salesforce emphasized that Agentforce 360 for AWS delivers trusted AI agents aligned with customers’ cloud investments, while Ruba Borno of AWS noted that the solution simplifies AI discovery, deployment, and innovation on AWS infrastructure. Daniel Bernard of CrowdStrike added that the partnership provides proven AI capabilities with the security and procurement simplicity necessary to scale.
