TDRA and Estonia Discuss Future-Focused Cooperation in Technology and Digitalization

The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) has received H.E. Liisa Pakosta, Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, and her accompanying delegation at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, as part of efforts to deepen international cooperation in telecommunications and digital transformation.
The visit forms part of TDRA’s broader strategy to build partnerships with countries recognized as global leaders in technology and digital governance, while facilitating the exchange of expertise and best practices in digital government and regulatory frameworks.
During the meeting, TDRA delivered a detailed presentation outlining its central role in advancing the UAE’s digital government agenda. H.E. Eng. Majed Sultan Al Mesmar, Director General of TDRA, welcomed the Estonian delegation and emphasized the importance of international knowledge-sharing. He noted that the visit reflects the UAE’s commitment to building knowledge-based partnerships with digitally advanced nations, stressing that exchanging experiences and success stories is essential to anticipating future technological developments and promoting human-centered, sustainable digital services.
