Smart Africa and The Gambia’s Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy have formalized a partnership through a new framework agreement to implement the Smart Africa Digital Academy (SADA) in The Gambia.
The agreement, signed during Transform Africa Summit 2025, aims to boost coordinated capacity-building, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and align digital skills development with the country’s national transformation priorities. SADA The Gambia will provide training and development opportunities for policymakers, public sector leaders, youth, and women, equipping them with the digital capabilities needed to drive an inclusive, future-ready economy.
